The status bar is horizontal bar at the very bottom of the CompiCat
window presenting status information, which indicators corresponds to the
three categories, i.e., temporary, normal, and permanent. The temporary one
briefly occupies most of the status bar and explains, for example, menu
entries, icons, etc. The normal one occupies part of the status bar and
may be hidden by temporary messages and displays the tool name or state
of readiness. The permanent one is never hidden and indicates either Start,
or Tools, or Project.
